Hi I'm Austen. I graduated from The Bartlett, the world’s top architecture school, and explore design and architecture through the lens of a designer and art director based in Vancouver. At Bocci, I designed and directed architectural installations, lighting, and product experiences across Milan, Paris, and Berlin—leading high-calibre projects that combined art, engineering, and brand storytelling at a global scale. Today, I’m a global retail design lead at lululemon, shaping the next chapter of the brand’s store experience. I work with top international agencies on architectural competitions, exploratory concepts, and large-scale retail environments, setting the creative direction for a new design vision and team. Alongside this, I consult for founders and growth-stage brands, developing systems that merge architecture, industrial design, and marketing to build real demand. My approach is data-driven and results-focused, proving that great taste works best when it’s tied to measurable impact.
